Robots Fighting For No Reason

Robots Fighting For No Reason is a local-multiplayer game created as a university project with my own group. We were 5 people, I was one of the programmers during this project.

The main gameplay element of the project revolves around killing other players as fast as possible or capturing the flag when it spawns. All players have a primary attack as well as a secondary AoE attack. Which makes use of their controller input, primary attack being a bullet shooting, and secondary attack spawning a bubble around them for a range.

Each player character has also the option to go invisible for a few seconds to escape a fight and try and outmaneuver their enemy.

I added the Input System in RFFNR using Rewired in Unity  to create a robust system for controller support for PC and Nintendo Switch.

Robots Fighting For No Reason is available on PC and Nintendo Switch. It supports up to 4 controllers on both platforms.
